Auditions

Memorial Opera House hosts auditions several times a year— auditions are held for each musical in our Mainstage Season and other casted events. Sign up for Audition Notices here to receive an email when there are upcoming auditions.

Auditions are typically Monday & Tuesday two months before opening night of a given musical, with callbacks on the following Wednesday. Generally, we ask that you arrive at auditions prepared to sing 16–32 measures of a song of your choice, with sheet music for the accompanist. A capella auditions will not be accepted. We accept video auditions, which are due no later than the start of the final night of auditions. Video auditions, as well as questions or concerns about the audition process, can be sent to Memorial Opera House's Technical Director, Vicki Zimmerman

Auditions and callbacks are held at Memorial Opera House.
