Box Office is open from Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Box Office also opens two hours prior to any ticketed performance.

Free parking is available in the lot on the east side of the building or in the lot at the southeast corner of Indiana and Michigan Streets.

The Box Office lobby opens 2 hours prior to every ticketed event. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to showtime.

The will-call window is located outside of the main doors of the building directly to the right as you walk up.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain so that we may properly accommodate you. Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats. Seats are subject to release 10 minutes prior to showtime.

Yes, we do offer wheelchair and companion seating. Please contact the Box Office for more information or you can purchase wheelchair accessible seating on our website. Wheelchair seats are clearly marked on our seating map with a "W" or Wheelchair symbol.

Yes, we have two lounges. One is located on the main floor and the other is at the balcony level. We offer a full service cash bar (for most events) with concessions. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. You are allowed to bring your beverage and concessions into the theater.

We offer a wide range of programming and the age appropriateness varies. In general, babes in arms are not permitted in the theater. If you have questions about the age appropriateness of any event, you can click here to submit an online question to the Box Office and they will respond to you within 48 hours.

At a Memorial Opera House event, you will see all sorts of dress - from elegant cocktail attire to business casual and jeans. Our rule of thumb is that you wear what makes you feel comfortable.
