Our Policies

Our Policies Page Banner
The Memorial Opera House strives to create a positive entertainment experience for you and all of our patrons, and the following polices have been developed to achieve that goal.

Ticket Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges for non-subscribers.  Subscribers and Flex Pass members can exchange their tickets up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled performance date, and may ONLY exchange tickets for another performance date of the same show.

Lost Tickets

If you misplace tickets for a single performance, visit the Box Office on the night of the show and we will reprint your tickets.  If you lose an entire set of subscription tickets, please contact the Box Office.  CLICK HERE for Box Office hours, phone number and email address.

Seating Policy

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain so that we may properly accommodate you. Patrons who arrive late after the show begins will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager, and may not be seated in their assigned seats.  When we have sold out shows or in other rare circumstances, unclaimed seats MAY be released 10 minutes prior to show time, solely at the discretion of the House Manager.

Show Advisories

The Memorial Opera House does NOT offer advisories about subject matter, as sensitivities may vary from person to person. If you have any questions about content, age appropriateness or stage effects (such as strobe lights or theatrical fog) that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please contact the Box Office.  CLICK HERE for Box Office hours, phone number and email address.
